Our client needed a reliable and cost-effective LoRa gateway solution that could be easily integrated into their existing router platforms. The key requirements were:

Our Solution

AnyPCBA delivered a complete Mini PCIe LoRa gateway module PCBA solution based on Semtech SX1301 baseband processor.

  • Industry-standard form factor: Mini PCIe card (50.95 x 30 x 4.5mm) enables seamless integration into any embedded platform with a free Mini-PCIe slot

  • Dual interface support: USB 2.0 (via FT2232H bridge) and SPI interfaces provide flexible connectivity for different host platforms

  • Multi-channel capability: 8 uplink channels and 1 downlink channel support up to 500 nodes per square kilometer

  • Global frequency coverage: Supports EU 863-870MHz, US 902-928MHz, AU 915-928MHz, AS 923MHz, and South Korea 920-923MHz

  • High performance: Up to +25dBm RF output and -136.5dBm receiver sensitivity

  • Wide operating temperature: -48°C to +85°C for harsh environment deployment
